The Lansdale Branch of the AAUW has partnered with “The Wardrobe,” www.careerwardrobe.org, a nonprofit agency based in Philadelphia that is in regular touch with the immigration authorities, to handle distribution and inform them on what is most neeeded. Donations received Saturday will be delivered to The Wardrobe who will send them to different military bases where Afghan women are currently living. The Wardrobe administration is, and knows which items are most needed by the women.
