You are an artist, and creativity is your birthright! In this empowering workshop, you will learn to access your innate creativity with compassionate guidance from artist and certified health coach Lorna Cassano. Lorna will lead you on a two-hour creative exploration adventure that will combine guided meditation, free writing, and artistic expression. Topics we will investigate together include creating a safe space for creativity, overcoming the fear of “not good enough”, silencing our inner critic, and reframing creative expression as a basic human need and not something to be earned. 

Bring a journal, a pen, and a sense of open curiosity. 

The motivation, inspiration and art supplies are provided!
