You are an artist, and creativity is your birthright! In this empowering workshop, Lorna Cassano and Dana Piscopo will lead you on a two-hour creative exploration adventure that will combine guided meditation, free writing, and artistic expression. Through this journey you will learn to access your innate creativity with compassionate guidance from these two established professional health and wellness coaches. Topics you will investigate together include creating a safe space for creativity, overcoming the fear of “not good enough,” silencing our inner critic, and reframing creative expression as a basic human need and not something to be earned. Bring a journal, a pen, and a sense of open curiosity. The motivation, inspiration and art supplies are provided! Light refreshments will be served.

Lorna Cassano, CHC, MSPT, Owner/Operator of Lorna’s Holistic Health Coaching, LLC, is a certified health coach, licensed physical therapist, former adjunct professor of Human Anatomy & Physiology, certified meditation facilitator, RRCA running coach, Reiki Master/Teacher, and watercolor artist. By integrating her extensive professional and personal experience in health and wellness, mindfulness, education, and artistic expression, Lorna forms empowering partnerships with her clients, meeting them where they are, and guiding them to access their intrinsic motivation. Lorna is a daily meditator and lifelong student who loves learning and embraces new challenges. Dana Piscopo, a.k.a. "Miss Moxie,” is the vibrant CEO of Color Your Life, LLC, a Whole-Self Sobriety and Recovery Life Coach, a Certified She Recovers Coach, and a Certified Corporate Facilitator for Addiction Awareness. She is an accomplished Sales Operations Champion, wife, confidant, and bonus mom to three kids.
