Join holistic health coach Lorna Cassano, CHC, MSPT, as she leads you on a two-hour creative exploration adventure that will combine guided meditation, free writing, and artistic expression. Together we will access the empowering, timeless flow state where all creative magic happens. We’ll take a deep dive inward and learn to ignore our inner critic, reframing creative expression as a basic human need and not something to be earned.
