Do you look forward to the winter holidays, or are they a source of stress?
It can be hard to hold space for yourself during this busy time of year. Spend 2 hours with us as we guide you to sit mindfully and intentionally to create your next best year while ensuring a fun-filled, intentional, and loving, holiday season.
Perfectionism is the thief of joy! Learn to let go of the need to create a Martha Stewart table setting or Norman Rockwell painting replica for the holidays this year.
As we think about the holiday festivities, we can take time to reflect on this past year, on the gratitude we have for those in our lives that we will close out this year with, and those that will not be here to do so. Let us guide you toward a more enjoyable holiday season where the emphasis is on food, family and FUN! This event will combine guided meditation, free writing, and artistic expression. During our free writing, take the time to write an appreciation letter to someone you look forward to spending time with during the holidays. Make sure you give it to that person! Leave class ready to carry a joyful heart into the holidays.
