All across time, people have expressed the most touching, funny, endearing and true quotes about their pets. Let’s express ourselves beyond words, and draw them.

The class will be in two parts. The first week, working from a photograph of your pet, we’ll find the basic overall shapes and loosely draw them in pencil. The focus is, getting comfortable with the sketching process and how to recognize the underlying shapes and their relationships to each other, providing us with the building blocks for the drawing.

The second week, we’ll further develop the sketch with shading, texture and other distinctive details. The focus is to create a pencil drawing that expresses your pet. 

Drop off or email the photograph of your pet at Eclipse a few days before the class. We’ll prepare a copy of it for you to work from.

Masks are required.
