Service Description

Instructor: Marjorie Taylor Emerging Artists is a class for youth who are serious about their art and want to learn basic and intermediate art skills. The class will focus on drawing and painting in various styles. A greater understanding of visual arts will be achieved and skills strengthened. **Please check the supply list there are some changes. ** Student responsible to bring their own supplies. • Mixed Media Sketchpad with perforated pages (9" x 12") • Drawing Paper (loose or pad), 14” by 17” • Drawing Pencils (at least 4) • 1 Kneaded & 1 white eraser • 2 canvas board/panel (12 by 12 and/or 11 by 14) • Student grade or better set of acrylic paint tubes - no craft paint please (at least 6 colors including black and white). We keep extras on hand. - Our classrooms & Gathering Gallery are outfitted with air cleaners with hepa filters. - All high touch surfaces are disinfected regularly especially bathrooms, chairs, door handles and tables. - Hand sanitizer is available throughout the building. - Staff & instructors are vaccinated & boosted There is inherent risk in any social gathering during the pandemic. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel for credit up to 48 hours before the first class of the course. There are no refunds. There are no credits or refunds for classes missed after the course begins.
